Julie was fantastic when it came to helping me find the perfect house during my first time home buying experience, which is nerve wracking to say the least. After the first few houses we went to look at, she was really able to hone in on exactly what it was that I was looking for in a house. Julie was the best realtor I have worked with. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the land I was buying in Huntsville. We had to get the owners of the land to do a perc test and she coordinated everything. She also gave me the well drillers info and an excavator who met me at the property so I could determine all the costs involved in order for me to build.
